We are an international team of professional experts from different fields.
Before creating agency 42, we worked separately in different companies, in different parts of the world. By the will of fate, while working in different companies, we crossed paths on different projects. Subsequently, we worked more than once in different teams on the same projects, representing the companies in which we worked. We shared experiences and ideas with each other to achieve common goals, in projects on which our companies worked together.
We became so close, both professionally and personally, that we eventually decided to create our own team that is capable of solving any tasks set by the client, at the highest professional level. We tried to do several small projects by the standards of our employer companies, which we completed flawlessly. After that, our clients began to recommend our team as a separate contractor, which undoubtedly added confidence to us.
This is how our agency 42 was created. Now we are an independent contractor in the field of software development, graphic design, branding, marketing and advertising,with extensive practical experience. We have divided our activities into two main components - Creative Services and Technical Services. Both of these areas help our clients to increase their business performance as efficiently as possible.

Co-Founder, CEO, Project Manager: Management and efficiency. I am responsible for the overall management of the company and coordinate the work of the teams. I also manage some key projects.

Co-founder, CMO, CBDO, Project manager: vision and strategy formation. I am responsible for monitoring marketing initiatives, improving business efficiency. I also manage some key projects.
Ilia Saltykov,
Technical Lead, Senior Programmer: Precision and meticulousness. I am the lead technical expert, overseeing development, defining the software architecture and ensuring the technical quality of the code.
Lena Kochetkova,
Senior Project Manager: creativity and operational efficiency. I am responsible for the smooth workflow of all teams, coordinating the efforts of teams in solving complex problems and delivering results that exceed customer expectations.
Oksana Butenko,
Senior UI/UX Designer: Creativity and precision. I am responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences that are usable, visually appealing, and enhance the user's interaction with the product.
Alexandr Kuzmin,
OL, TL, Project manager: Reliability and loyalty.I am responsible for the management and organization of the work of regional teams.
Alexander Yakovishin,
CRMO, CPC: Analysis and high efficiency.I am responsible for advising clients and working in the areas of capital markets,retail and investment banking,asset liability management,credit risk management.
Mikhail Remeslov,
Senior creative digital artist, artist and designer: creativity and flight of imagination.I am responsible for the development and creation of visual forms, images and concepts for our creative projects.
